Beth Goza was a resident of Lawrence County, Arkansas and suspected murderer. 

On June 13, 1883, Beth was with his brother Charles and another man, Castoria Coneling. A "difficulty" arose and Castoria was stabbed and shot multiple times. Charles was quickly arrested and jailed, but later acquitted. Beth Goza fled the county and made his way to Whitewood, Texas, where he evaded authorities. Five years later, he was apprehended by Sheriff C.A. Stuart of Lawrence County. in cooperation with local police. Beth was taken back to Powhatan to stand trial, but there are no further newspaper accounts of his life.
