2007-04-22 00:39:35 went there for lunch today (saturday). we both had always wanted to go as children, but never quite made it there. We weren't sure what to expect. there is an unapologetic old school fanciness to this place. and a tilt... it is a boat afterall. no buffet today, apparently the buffet is $7.25 during the week. we had the fish and chips, and the pan fried sole (with rice and veggies) (about $7 each). also tried the clam chowder (about $3 for the large). the meal came with bread and salads. the salads that arrived on a raised tray and included a few small carrot sticks, two deep fried fishcake things, a small dish of pasta salad, a small dish of potato salad and a glass (yes a glass) of tuna salad. Dessert options were brought to the table on a tray. The food was average, the service was excellent. I would go again. —KarenSun
