Classes are taught by a licensed Zumba Instructor, ZIN member, and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer.
When you come to class, wear something easy to move in, shoes that give you support (like a sneaker) but with little or no tread, so you can shimmy & slide! "Dance sneakers" work best - just ask Lorinne for recommendations.
Classes take place in a beautiful studio with A/C and plenty of parking, so no need to worry, just grab your water and a towel, then come join the party!
