Capitol Hill movie theater The Harvard Exit Theatre has two screens and first opened in 1968. It is managed by Landmark Theatres which owns other small cinemas in Seattle.
The building was built in 1925 by the Woman's Century Club and is now owned by O'Steen & Harvard Investments.
