As far as I can tell, libraries are where all the exciting stuff happens in Santa Rosa. The libraries are bilingual. They host a seed library inside the central branch.
They use Link+ instead of interlibrary loan. It's basically a regional interlibrary loan, and the region is pretty rich in books, so it's ok. The search function is picky, though. If you think it doesn't have your book, try searching for the book like three different ways.
