The Sacramento Cacophony Society is a pack of pranksters known for the annual Santarchy event where members dress in Santa suits, get drunk and wander around malls. Founded in 2001 by the esteemed Pastor Johnny Ziptie the Society of late has descended into a ineffectual pack of neer-do-well yuppies primarily concerned with IKEA furniture, High-Definition Televisions and the wholesale trade of men's jewelry.
