Stanstead Live Stock Association, reçu le 6 juin 1888 : « We Erastus P. Ball, Veterinary Surgeon, and Joel [Noel ?] H. Ives, Eugene W. Morrill, Eugene A. Baldwin, Stewart Scott Joseph, Albert E. Lincoln, Benjamin L. [T. ?] Knight, Albert E. Whitcher, all Farmers, and Carlos J. [?] Moulton, Dentist, all of the Township of Stanstead in the District of Saint Francis, hereby certify that we have carried on and intend to carry on business as Exhibitors of Live Stock at the Village of Stanstead Plain in the said district in partnership under the name or style of “The Stanstead Live Stock Association” and that the said partnership has subsisted since the ninth day of March [1887] and that we are and have been since the said day together with Frederick B. McGabbey formely of the said Township of Stanstead, Farmer, now absent from this Province, the only members of the said partnership ». Déclaration signée à Stanstead le 5 décembre 1887.
