Oaksterdam University was the first cannabis training university in the US. It expanded beyond the university to include the Oaksterdam Cannabis Museum, Oaksterdam Gift Shop, and Blue Sky Coffee Shop.

There was an Oaksterdam Mural on the side of the Oaksterdam University building by RB Morris III and Munir Sharif Munir. As of December 11th this mural has been whitewashed and is no longer in existence. For more info on the history of art on that wall, check out Our Oakland.
