Marilyn Washington Harris is the founder of the Khadafy Washington Foundation for Nonviolence, and the winner of the 2015 Mother of the Year Award.
Harris lives in West Oakland, where her son Khadafy, a recent McClymonds graduate, was killed on August 4, 2000.
