The Marilian Apartments are on the northwest corner of 19th Ave. and Foothill. They were completed in 1928 for W.E. Rode. Drew Caminetti was superintendent of construction.
When built, they featured Rip Van Winkle wall beds, and hardware from Maxwell Hardware. The building has 7 apartments, 3 stores, and 2 garages. 1
