Feral Change is a "trap-neuter-return" (TNR) animal rescue group. According to an article about the group in the East Bay Express, TNR "involves trapping feral cats, sterilizing them via spaying or neutering, and returning them to their original location — or, when possible, getting them adopted."

These guys are awesome- entirely volunteer run (get involved!) and really just wonderful. If you're interested in helping community cats, check them out.

They are based out of American Steel Studios in West Oakland.

In 2015 Feral Change was the recipient of the Best Volunteer Animal Rescue Group award by the East Bay Express.
