3225 Grand Avenue is a large, elegant building on Grand Avenue. The ground floor is home to half a dozen businesses, and the upper floors are apartments.
According to the Cultural Heritage Survey, the building was constructed some time shortly after 1925. "It resembles other buildings developed in the area by builder William Greuner (430-66 Santa Clara, 586-618 Grand), and he was a sometime owner of this building." The earliest newspaper references found so far are from 1927.
In the 1930s it was home to a branch of the Famous Meglin Dance Studio.
