The 1001 Warfield Apartments are a Spanish-style building at 1001 Warfield at Fairbanks in the Lakeshore neighborhood. They opened in 1929, built and owned by T.R. Scoble, Jr. and designed by Douglas Dacre Stone.
Some classified listings in 1930 and 1931 refer to it as Alta Plaza Apartments, 2 but it's unclear if that name was commonly used.
