Orchestras Mississauga is a communtiy group in the city. This group represents the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra, Mississauga Philharmonic and Sinfonia Mississauga is dedicated to celebrating the art of live music, music appreciation, development and advancement of quality orchestral music through its production of high caliber performances.

The Mississauga Symphony holds a Giant Used Book Sale in September to raise funds. The book sale was started in1995. It is held at the Sherdian Centre, located at Erin Mills Parkway and QEW. You can donate year round at the Sheridan Centre lower level Fowler Drive Entrance on Tuesdays from 1pm to 4pm and Thursdays 9am to 12 nnoon.
