William T. Lins, Sr. came to Saranac Lake in 1925 for his health and from 1928 to 1938 operated the Post Office Pharmacy.

William T. Lins
William T. Lins, Sr. a former resident of Saranac Lake, died Oct. 3 at a hospital in Belmar , N. J. where he had lived since 1938. Mr. Lins was born in New York city and was graduated in 1905 from the New York College of Pharmacy, now part of Columbia University. He came to Saranac Lake in 1925 for his health and from 1928 to 1938 operated the Post Office Pharmacy in partnership with Arthur O. Buck. He sold his share to Mr. Buck and moved to Belmar where he purchased and operated a drug store until ten years ago.
Survivors are two sons, William T. Lins, Jr. of Saranac Lake and George Lins of Dallas, Tex., and a daughter, Mrs. Harriet Goodrich of Largo, Fla.
Funeral services will be held Saturday in Belmar.
