Norfolk Art District is a development project led by Hannah Serrano and Jesse Scaccia to create an Art District off  Brambleton Ave and Granby Street.
This area is seated in Ghent and has been vacant and hard hit for a long time.

Through partnership with Better Block and the City of Norfolk they hope to create a new area of business, art collaboration, and culture in this old Ghent Neighborhood.

Better Blocks event schedule was Friday March 12th from 9AM to 5PM and Saturday March 13th from 9AM to 3PM.
