Fellows Program

The Fellows Program is an internship program that allow students, studying in Greensboro, NC the chance to apply for a paid internship. This program also allows for students to work on leadership development skills, community engagement, and allows for the students to be paired with a local mentor.
This program allows for students to further grow their leadership development skills and understand the type of leader they are or the type of leader they want to become. The Fellows Program provides a two day, all expenses paid, program at the Center for Creative Leadership. This is a top ranked institution for executive education and leadership awareness. With this leadership education course it allows for student to grow and tap into their full leadership potential.
The Fellows Program also encourages community engagement. The program calls for exploring and experiencing Greensboro in a more personal way. Students will get the opportunity to live and work in the city throughout the summer, while engaging in community activities such as:
- Going to Greensboro Grasshoppers' Games
- Going to lake Jeanette
- Having a night Downtown
- Experiencing different ceremonial banquets
This opportunity to experience Greensboro is a great way to dive into your community and experience everything that the city has to offer.
The program also has an excellent mentorship program associated with participation. This mentorship allows students to build their network through exclusive networking opportunities with some of Greensboro’s top industry leaders, with specialized professional development sessions, industry tours and meet ups. There is never a bad opportunity when it comes to building a professional network.
This program really allows students to be a tourist in their own city and experiencing once in a lifetime opportunities.
