Operates primarily in Brightmoor. Owns over 800 parcels in northwest Detroit. About 3/4 are vacant lots. As of mid-2012, several hundred were in arrears on taxes and subject to foreclosure. The nonprofit was sued by LISC Detroit over a $200,000 unpaid loan. The suit was dismissed in July 2012. John O'Brien is the director.
