Biography

<div> Richard was born in Cuba, NY in 1920. In 1943 Richard enlisted in the United State Marine Corps in 1943 and served in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He was Honorably Discharged in 1946.</div> <div> Richard would then begin an education career eventually retiring in 1977 as the Attica Central School District Superintendent. Richard was an avid golfer in his free time.</div> <div> Richard passed away peacefully at him is on 4 Dogwood St., Bath, NY. </div>
