Biography


Alfred L. Feeney was born in Worcester, Mass and was the youngest of seven children.

Al graduated from Case Western Reserve in 1953 where he was an Little All American football player. Al served in Japan with the United States Air Forces from 1954-1957. After which he began a civilian career as a physical education teacher and coach at Jasper High School. His 1957-58 Jasper High School basketball team won the Section V Class D title. 

In 1962 Al was hired by the Attica High School as a guidance counselor and was promoted in 1964 to high school principal where he served until 1991. His time as principal at Attica High is considered an essential era in the schools history.

Mr. Feeney passed away in Peachtree, Georgia in 2020.
